In this HR Officer role, you will: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Act as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, handling concerns and fostering a positive workplace culture Support the implementation and coordination of performance management processes Organize training and development initiatives to support employee growth and succession planning Coordinate monthly payroll administration in collaboration with the finance team Ensure compliance with local labor laws, maintaining accurate employee records and supporting audits Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring clarity and compliance across the organization
