This is a role where accuracy meets empathy: you’ll help keep our HR processes running seamlessly while being a trusted point of contact for everyday HR matters.
Responsibilities: · Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.) · Organize and maintain personnel records · Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) · Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues · Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers · Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
