HR Administrator
ICAP Employment Solutions is seeking an HR Administrator .
Your role will involve managing employee data, organizing HR-related documents, managing benefits and compensation packages, and answering staff inquiries as well as with clients’ requests.
Responsibilities: Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and updating data on ERGANI II (recruitment, departures, schedule, changes, overtime, etc.) Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Answer employees’ queries about HR-related issues Provide accurate, timely, and professional support to customers Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
