As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and service are consistently met.
You will be responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping team, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, and ensuring that every detail reflects the luxurious ambiance that Conrad Athens The Ilisian represents.
Your leadership and attention to detail will ensure that our guests enjoy an impeccably clean and comfortable environment, contributing to their unforgettable experiences at our hotel.
Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring tasks are carried out efficiently and in line with established quality standards.
Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance.
Assist in the training and onboarding of new housekeeping team members, emphasizing correct procedures and safety guidelines.
Monitor and maintain adequate inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring timely restocking to support operational needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback or concerns related to housekeeping, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain daily housekeeping reports and communicate maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate departments.
