A renowned luxury resort in Corfu is looking for a Technical Supervisor to oversee the maintenance and smooth operation of its extensive facilities.
In this role, you will work closely with the hotel’s management team and lead a dedicated maintenance crew to ensure the property remains in impeccable condition, offering guests a safe, comfortable, and unforgettable experience.
As a Technical Supervisor your responsibilites will be: Develop, implement, and manage a comprehensive maintenance schedule, including preventive, corrective, and emergency repairs.
Supervise and coordinate the daily tasks of the maintenance team, providing guidance, support, and training where necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of all resort facilities (guest rooms, public areas, technical spaces, etc.) to identify and address any maintenance issues.
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with internal quality standards and legal health & safety regulations.
Liaise effectively with other departments (housekeeping, front office, food & beverage) to respond to and resolve maintenance requests promptly.
Manage and monitor the inventory of maintenance tools, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and proper upkeep.
Collaborate with external contractors, technicians, and service providers, maintaining cost-effective and high-quality relationships.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Report directly to the Hotel Manager and actively participate in team meetings and operational planning.
Lead and coordinate the rennovation project of the facilities.
