Role Description The General Manager position is a year-round role, based in Athens during the off-season and in Sifnos during the on-season and reports directly to the CFO & COO.
Moreover she/he will oversee daily activities on the hotel property including: Direct daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of service, as well as guest satisfaction are met.
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Prepare financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Address guest complaints, and feedback promptly and effectively.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the hotel staff to achieve performance goals and enhance professional growth.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop strategies that drive occupancy and revenue.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Build strong relationships with local businesses, tourism boards, and community leaders to enhance the hotel’s reputation and visibility.
