The responsibilities of Health and Safety Manager include: Overseeing the effective operation of the organization’s Health & Safety management framework.
Reviewing and improving procedures, guidelines, and related documentation when necessary.
Ensuring that policies and safety documentation remain aligned with current legislation and regulatory requirements.
Verifying that workplace facilities meet appropriate safety standards for employees and visitors.
Conducting periodic inspections and internal audits.
Coordinating and supervising collaboration with external Health & Safety advisors.
Working closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.
Monitoring any technical or construction activities taking place within office premises from a Health & Safety perspective.
Planning and delivering training initiatives to promote awareness and compliance among employees.
