This critical role requires a unique balance: a strategic mindset to drive business development and financial governance, coupled with a deep appreciation for the quality, integrity, and timely execution of design projects.
The Head of Operations will provide comprehensive leadership across the firm’s strategic, financial, and operational pillars.
Monitor and oversee the execution and compliance of all project contracts (Συμβάσεις Έργου), ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and legal requirements Oversee all non-core administrative functions, managing the organizational bureaucracy and ensuring smooth daily business operations Manage operational efficiency, resource allocation, and workflow across all design and execution phases Provide oversight and strategic direction to HR processes, including performance management, recruitment support, and employee relations Ensure the integration of best practices in project management and quality control across all engagements Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of highly skilled design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and accountability Provide strategic oversight of the firm’s financial status, including comprehensive budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis Lead and execute the firm’s strategy for market expansion, business growth, and client acquisition in both local and international markets Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the design and development industries Identify new project opportunities and lead the creation of compelling proposals and tender submissions
