Head of Destination – Customer Support & Business Development
Our client is a boutique international travel agency specializing in luxury villa rentals and bespoke concierge services in some of Europe’s most prestigious destinations — including Mykonos, Paros, Antiparos, Corfu, and Tuscany.
Since 2015, the agency has built a strong presence representing over 900 villa owners and serving 200+ high-end clients each summer.
It is recognized for its professional excellence, discretion, and tailored service.
The Opportunity: We are seeking a dynamic, service-minded, and entrepreneurial professional to join the team as Head of Destination for Paros & Antiparos.
This role combines customer support, on-site operations, and business development, offering the chance to grow within a respected international luxury travel brand.
What to Expect: Competitive annual compensation: EUR 30,000 – 35,000 Performance-based bonus (percentage on additional service sales) Accommodation provided on Paros Flexible, smart-working schedule Fuel reimbursement for business-related travel Ongoing mentorship and professional training Excellent career growth potential within the company The Role: Completing an onboarding and training period to understand the company’s operations and service standards Being based on Paros and managing operations across Paros & Antiparos Developing in-depth knowledge of the villa portfolio (300+ properties) Conducting site visits to strengthen product knowledge and owner relations Providing 7-day client support for reservations, concierge services, and on-the-ground needs Upselling premium services to enhance guest experience Sourcing new villas through research, networking, and local market insight Managing communication with villa owners and supporting the sales team with administrative tasks Skills That Can Make You Stand Out in This Role (Missing a few?
