Oversee all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation, ensuring every dish is delivered with precision, creativity, and consistency.
Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen team members, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional development.
Manage kitchen inventory and procurement, control food and labor costs, and implement operational efficiencies to support overall financial goals.
Partner with hotel leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and support signature events, culinary activations, and bespoke dining experiences.
Actively engage with guests to solicit feedback, anticipate preferences, and deliver tailored culinary experiences that exceed expectations.
