Responsibilities Lead the Bar team and ensure a smooth guest experience.
Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations and events of the hotel Bars.
Provide training and ongoing support to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
Develop and manage the bar budget Maximize the quality of service and customer satisfaction Oversee the ordering and management of bar supplies, including beverages, glassware, and garnishes.
Set weekly and monthly staff schedules Requirements Degree in Hospitality will be considered as an asset.
Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a relevant position in 4* hotel.
Strong organizational, time-management skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle complex and/or escalated guest issues and find creative solutions.
Team spirit and customer-oriented approach.
Fluent in English, additional languages a plus.
