Guest Relations Manager

Anatolia Hospitality is seeking a Guest Relations Manager for full time employment in Thessaloniki.
We are looking for a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm personality and genuine passion for guest service.
This role plays a key part in creating exceptional guest experiences and enhancing the image of our hotels.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests upon arrival Provide personalized service throughout the entire stay Handle complaints with a positive attitude and provide immediate solutions Communicate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations Promote hotel services and identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience Monitor guest feedback and contribute to the continuous improvement of services Required Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position within an upscale hotel Excellent command of English, additional languages are a strong asset Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure Pleasant and professional demeanor Strong teamwork and adaptability skills Knowledge of PMS and office applications Benefits Stable, full time employment throughout the year A modern and well organized working environment Training opportunities and professional development The chance to be part of a dynamically growing hospitality group
