Guest Relations Manager
Sunrise Hotels own and operate 5 hotels in the centre of Protaras, Cyprus: Sunrise Pearl Hotel & Spa, Sunrise Beach Hotel, Sunrise Gardens Hotel, Sunrise Oasis Hotel & Waterpark and Sunrise Jade Hotel with the addition of the brand-new Sunrise Emerald opening in 2026.
In addition, Sunrise Hotels operate a wide range of à la carte restaurants across Protaras, offering international dining experiences.
To support the continuous efforts to improve quality, Sunrise Hotels are looking to recruit: Guest Relations Manager Requirements: Degree in Hotel Management or Tourism related Degree Previous working experience in a hotel chain or luxury hotel Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel Spreadsheets) Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Language Good knowledge of German or Russian language will be considered as an advantage Professionalism and Responsibility Excellent Communication Skills and Strong Organizational Skills Duties: To handle guest requests and act as a main point of contact for enquiries To handle guest feedback and complaints and prepare reports To coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B and other departments To assist with special events and guest celebrations To help achieve the hotels’ quantitative and qualitative objectives Remuneration Package: Monthly salary, based on qualifications Annual Leave 13th salary, annually, one salary, proportionated to the period worked Accommodation Excellent work environment Customized vocational training and development programs
