Guest Relations Agent

at the stunning Samos Verde M Gallery by Accor.
About the role:

  • As the Guest Relations Agent, you will serve as a welcoming face for guests, ensuring outstanding customer service throughout their stay.
  • Actively listen to guest feedback, resolve concerns promptly and effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Maintain strong communication with all departments, ensuring seamless guest experiences from check-in to check-out.
  • Enhance guest satisfaction through personalized service and attention to detail.
  • Coordinate with the team to ensure all guests feel valued, recognized, and appreciated.
  • Adhere to hotel policies and procedures while promoting a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Assist with the welcome experience, ensuring a smooth and pleasant transition into the hotel for all incoming guests.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a guest relations or front office role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and also to work autonomously.
