Guest Relations Agent

at the luxurious Porto Carras.
About the role:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with excellence.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist in creating memorable experiences by providing personalized service and recommendations for hotel amenities and local attractions.
  • Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for guests.
  • Regularly assess guest satisfaction and respond proactively to feedback, ensuring continuous improvement in service delivery.
  • Participate in training sessions and collaborate with the team to consistently uphold high service standards.
  • Support the team in managing the welcome experience, from check-in to rooming and guest interactions during their stay.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in guest relations or front office roles within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a bonus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for guest service.
  • A proactive and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
