We are seeking a Guest Relations Agent / Concierge professional to join our exceptional team, ensuring that every guest’s needs are met with personal, impeccable service throughout their stay!
Position: Guest Relations Agent/ Concierge Job Type: Full time, seasonal contract Location: Corfu, Greece As a Guest Relations / Concierge team member, you will be the epitome of luxury service, helping guests create unforgettable memories at our resort.
Whether assisting with special requests, organizing bespoke experiences, or providing expert local recommendations, you will play a key role in ensuring that each guest receives unparalleled service during their stay.
Key Responsibilities: Anticipate and fulfill guest needs by providing expert advice, services, and recommendations for activities, dining, transportation, and excursions Assist guests with reservations, including dining, spa treatments, activities, and local tours, ensuring they have access to exclusive experiences Handle special guest requests with a high level of attention to detail, ensuring personalized and seamless service Provide information on local attractions, events, and entertainment, tailoring recommendations to individual guest preferences Coordinate guest services with various resort departments to fulfill requests and maintain guest satisfaction Manage and resolve guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring that any issues are addressed swiftly and professionally Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort services, amenities, and local happenings to provide accurate information to guests Ensure that all guest interactions reflect the luxurious brand standards of Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa Benefits & Offers: Competitive salary and benefits package (including accommodation and full board meals) Ongoing trainings, around department & company standards Opportunity to travel through our cross-exposure programs (work in other Banyan Group properties at the winter period) Professional development and career advancement opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Membership of ALL Heartist Accor staff card, offering staff rates across all Accor properties worldwide What We’re Looking For: Previous experience in a guest services, concierge, or similar hospitality role at a luxury resort or hotel Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages (such as Greek, French, or German) is a strong advantage A passionate, service-oriented personality with the ability to anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a variety of tasks at once A deep knowledge of Corfu and the surrounding areas, or the willingness to learn and share this knowledge with guests Discretion and confidentiality, especially when dealing with high-profile guests or sensitive requests A professional, polished appearance and demeanor in line with 5-star standards How to apply: Please submit your CV at hr-corfu@angsana.com quoting Position Job Code GS1126 Angsana Corfu Resort & Spa is an equal-opportunity employer.
