We are currently looking for a Guest Relations Agent who is passionate about guest satisfaction, enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment, and takes pride in creating unforgettable experiences.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you will play an essential role in ensuring that every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable stay.
Your responsibilities will include: Welcoming guests with professionalism, warmth and genuine hospitality.
Providing personalized assistance throughout the guest journey.
Handling guest requests, inquiries and feedback promptly and effectively.
Resolving guest concerns in a professional and service-oriented manner.
Coordinating closely with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage and other hotel departments.
Promoting hotel facilities, restaurants, spa services and guest experiences.
Maintaining accurate guest records and ensuring compliance with hotel procedures.
Building positive relationships with guests and exceeding their expectations whenever possible.
