As a Guest Experience Advisor, your responsibilities include: Guide international and local visitors regarding store locations, promotions, and mall activities.
Manage all customer service utilities (strollers, wheelchairs, etc.), handle the Mall call center, and oversee the critical Lost & Found procedure.
Support Center Management by communicating with store operators, collecting sales figures via the Retail Advantage platform, and providing essential secretarial support.
Contribute to the creation and inspection of promotional materials and monitor participation for digital media campaigns.
Actively support all Health & Safety procedures and plans, ensuring a secure environment for all guests and staff.
Handle all Gift Voucher transactions and manage the data associated with VIP & Privilege Cards.
The ideal candidate for the Guest Experience Advisor role should have: a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (Master’s is a plus). 3 years of relevant experience in a high-volume customer service or reception role. an Excellent Command of both English and Greek. an outgoing and extroverted personality, with exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities. flexibility to work shifts and weekends, and thrive under pressure.
