REMOTE – HOME OFFICE – ANYWHERE IN GREECE Our client is looking for German-speaking Customer Support Advisors to work remotely from anywhere in Greece.
You will support customers of Netflix, helping with streaming issues, subscriptions, billing, and account-related questions.
No previous experience is required.
What matters most is your German language skills, communication abilities, and willingness to learn.
What you will do: Answer customer inquiries Help resolve streaming and account issues Provide information about subscription plans and billing Escalate more complex cases when needed
