General Manager
We are seeking an experienced General Manager for a modern city hotel, with a strong background in hotel operations and proven expertise in the overall management of a hospitality property.
Key Responsibilities Full responsibility for the daily operation of the hotel.
Supervision and coordination of all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, etc.).
Cash handling oversight, revenue control and financial procedures management.
Ensuring compliance with internal policies, procedures and quality standards.
Leading, developing and evaluating hotel teams.
Handling operational issues and guest complaints.
Liaising with accounting, suppliers and external partners.
Monitoring KPIs, budgets and performance targets.
Ensuring a high-quality guest experience at all times.
