About the job General Manager (5 hotels) AA + Partners, on behalf of our client, is seeking an experienced and ambitious General Manager to oversee the operations of a Greek hotel group, provide leadership and direction to the individual Hotel Managers, and contribute to the group’s continued growth and development.

About the Role The General Manager will have overall responsibility for the group’s hotel operations, working closely with the Hotel Directors and senior management/ownership.
The role requires a hands-on, operational and autonomous leader with the ability to oversee multiple properties, drive performance and ensure high standards across all areas of the business.
Requirements Proven experience as a General Manager in the hotel industry is essential, especially in multiproperty companies.
Candidates without such experience, will not be considered.
Previous experience in managing 5* hotels, preferably in a senior multi-property or group-level role.
Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, room division, sales, contracting and budgeting.
Proven ability to lead, supervise and develop senior hotel management teams.
Strong leadership, organisational and decision-making skills.
Ability to work autonomously and provide effective oversight across multiple properties.
Ambitious and career-driven, with a genuine interest in long-term professional growth.
Excellent ability of Greek and English.
Local market knowledge is considered an advantage.
