The Plant Manager will have the following responsibilities: Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Define short-term objectives, set annual priorities, forecast sales and profits, and predict expenditures to align with business goals.
Budget Management: Allocate budget resources effectively, and prepare, and approve the budget in accordance with short-term plans and organizational needs.
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Oversee and coordinate daily operations across various departments, including Production, Quality, Logistics, Finance, HR, IT, Sales, Marketing, and other divisions to ensure smooth workflow.
Performance Optimization: Drive productivity improvements, optimize operational practices, establish performance metrics, and implement technological advancements in processes.
Talent Acquisition and Leadership: Recruit and integrate senior executives, fostering a high-performing leadership team.
Annual Audits and Risk Management: Develop and execute annual audit plans, identify risks, enforce control measures, manage resource allocation audits, and prepare financial reports.
