Gardens Manager

Oversee the care of plants, trees, shrubs, flowers, and lawns, including watering, pruning, weeding and fertilizing.
Create and implement planting schemes and landscape designs that align with the garden’s aesthetic, purpose, and environmental conditions.
Lead and supervise a team of gardeners, including scheduling work, assigning tasks, and providing training and guidance.
Work closely with other departments, such as maintenance, events, or education, to coordinate garden-related activities.
Manage the garden’s budget, including forecasting costs for labor, materials, tools, and plants.
