Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, organized, and proactive Front Office & Student Services Administrator to join our team.
This position plays a key role in ensuring excellent communication and support for students and visitors, both in person and through our online training platforms.
Key Responsibilities Welcome and assist students, clients, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner Provide student support via phone, email, and online learning platforms Assist students with registration, platform access, and course-related inquiries Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence Organize schedules, maintain records, and support administrative functions Ensure the reception area is well-presented and professional at all times Coordinate with trainers and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations Requirements Good command of English language (spoken and written) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and comfortable using online platforms Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, reliable, and customer-focused attitude Previous experience in reception, administration, or student services (preferred) We Offer A supportive and dynamic work environment Opportunities for learning and professional growth Competitive salary based on experience
