The Bay Hotel & Suites, a distinguished 5-star beachfront resort located in Vasilikos, Zakynthos, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Front Office Manager to lead our reception team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee the daily operations of the front office and guest relations Manage, train, and motivate front office staff to ensure top-level performance Ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process and maintain high guest satisfaction Handle guest concerns and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, F&B) for seamless operations Maintain accurate records and generate front office reports Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and health & safety protocols Support revenue optimization through upselling and guest engagement
