With extensive expertise in hotel management, we are seeking a dedicated Front Office Agent to be the welcoming face of our property and deliver personalized service that leaves a lasting impression for our boutique hotel in Patmos.
Front Office Agent

Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in/check-out process.
• Handle daily front office operations, including reservations, room assignments, and guest inquiries.
• Provide tailored recommendations for local experiences, dining, and cultural highlights in Patmos.
• Maintain accurate records in the hotel’s PMS
• Resolve guest concerns with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and manage cash and credit transactions securely.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of elegance, discretion, and warm hospitality.
• Assist with guest requests, special occasions, and concierge-style services

Requirements:

• Previous working experience in a similar position
• Excellent knowledge of English language; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Experience with hotel management software (PMS) such as OPERA, FIDELIO, or similar systems
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Professionalism, responsibility, and teamwork
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
