Front desk / Receptionist / Service in Luxury Hospitality

We are looking for a front desk receptionist/Service to join our fantastic front office team at Meli Suites Thassos for the end of the 2025 season and continue for the 2026 season .
As a member of our team, you will be customer-facing and have an outgoing, bubbly personality with a strong customer focus.
We pride ourselves on great customer care!
Requirements: Meeting and greeting our guests, checking them in and out and carrying out guest satisfaction calls Customer service – serving customers in the sun-beds or room (30% of the role requirements) Reservations management through emails and other channels (optional) An understanding of a Hotel System, like a PMS, will be beneficial but not a requirement, as complete training will be given Exceptional personal presence with employees and guests; highly engaged in day-to-day operation Work very closely with the company owners and senior members Service experience in a restaurant/bar is a plus!!
Experience in reservations management is a plus!!! – option for a full year contract in reservations Benefits: Days off Competitive salary with bonus Accommodation and food
