French Customer Advisor – Financial Services Company, Athens | Hybrid | Full-Time

A French online financial services company, specializing in payment solutions for freelancers and SMEs, is looking for Customer Advisors to join its growing team in Athens. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls and emails Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction levels Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate tools and methods Meet individual and team customer service targets and case-handling quotas Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documentation Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies ✅ Requirements Native / near-native proficiency in French (native accent required) Good knowledge of MS Office Strong phone handling and active listening skills Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt to different personality types Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively ⏰ Working Hours Rotational shifts between 06:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday 🏠 Work Model Hybrid working model Work From Home (WFH) option available after training, subject to performance (temporarily approved) At any time, based on productivity or client requirements, advisors may be requested to return to the office WFH requirements: Dedicated workspace at home Stable internet connection (speed test required as per WFH standards) 🎓 Training In-house training Nesting and practice period included Training duration: 2 weeks 💶 Salary & Benefits Salary: €1,050 gross/month 10% monthly performance-based bonus Indefinite contract 14 salaries per year Daily meal voucher (Up Hellas Mastercard) Private health insurance (including dental and optical coverage) Mobility program Free gym access, wellness activities, and rooftop cinema with Acropolis views Employee events and a modern, dynamic working environment
