About the role:

We are searching for an innovative F&B Manager who embodies our commitment to excellence and can deliver exceptional dining experiences in a luxury setting.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for culinary arts and a focus on guest satisfaction to lead our diverse F&B offerings.

Key areas of responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of the F&B operations, ensuring consistency in quality and service.
  • Implement and manage effective F&B strategies that drive revenue while controlling costs.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B team to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to design and refresh menus that reflect local flavors and seasonal trends.
  • Monitor and analyze guest feedback to continually refine service offerings and improve guest satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B management roles, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing F&B budgets.
  • A background in food and beverage operations or services is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
