We are now seeking a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead our dining operations and deliver an elevated gastronomic experience aligned with our values of elegance, authenticity, and excellence.
K ey Responsibilities: -F&B Leadership: Oversee all food and beverage operations, ensuring a smooth and exceptional guest dining experience across all outlets. -Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate F&B staff, ensuring professional performance, consistency, and alignment with service standards. -Operational Excellence: Coordinate daily service flow, staff schedules, and departmental communication for seamless operations. -Quality Control: Maintain high standards in food and drink presentation, hygiene, and customer service. -Menu & Concept Collaboration: Work closely with the Executive Chef and Bar team on menu design, wine pairing, seasonal concepts, and specials. -Inventory & Cost Control: Supervise stock levels, ordering processes, and cost management to ensure profitability and minimal waste. -Guest Interaction: Build strong rapport with guests, handle feedback gracefully, and ensure high satisfaction and repeat visits. -Compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and licensing requirements are met across all F&B areas.
Requirements: -Experience: Proven experience in a similar leadership role in a high-standard restaurant or hotel F&B environment. -Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Greek or other languages is a plus. -Leadership: Strong organizational, people management, and team-building skills. -Service Focus: Passion for guest service and the ability to inspire a team to exceed expectations. -Financial Acumen: Experience in budget management, P&L, and cost control. -Tech Skills: Familiarity with POS systems and hospitality software. -Presentation: Polished, professional appearance and communication.
