Lesante Collection Luxury Hotels & Resorts is looking to recruit for season 2026 a passionate: Food & Beverage Assistant Manager High-end hospitality group, Lesante Collection Luxury Resorts & Villas, is comprised of the three five-star luxury hotels on the island of Zakynthos representing a trilogy of exceptional hospitality and absolute comfort for all.
The Group is both family-owned and a proud ambassador for the island’s riches, a characteristic that shines through Lesante Cape, Lesante Blu and Lesante Classic, the three Lesante Collection resorts.

Key Responsibilities: Reporting to Food & Beverage Manager Manage all Food & Beverage department, day-to-day operations Ensures implementation of brand standards from all employees in charge Inspect and coordinate all Department for cleanliness, ambience, service readiness, health and safety standards, staff and hospitality culture Manages and motivates the teams in order to improve sales and quality Monitor level of customer service by analyzing Guest Satisfaction Maintain effective communication with all related departments Ensure all employees adhere to company grooming standards Leads by example demonstrating self-confidence, energy and enthusiasm
