Job Opening : As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced F & B Director to join our team!
The Director of Food & Beverage is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for the overall operation, planning, and success of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel, including restaurants, bars, banqueting and in-room dining.
The ideal candidate brings a strong business acumen, deep industry knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Role responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Lead, manage, and train the F&B team across all outlets Drive revenue and profitability through innovative concepts, quality standards, and cost control Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings and guest satisfaction Oversee menu development, pricing, and vendor relationships in collaboration with the Executive Chef Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for the Executive Committee & Banyan Group meetings Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing teams to uphold service excellence Collaborate with Sales & Marketing on promotions, events, and brand positioning Role Requirements & Person Specification Minimum of 2 years’ experience in F&B leadership roles, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment Proven track record in managing large teams and multi-outlet operations Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Strong understanding of financial management, P&L, and budgeting Hospitality degree or equivalent qualification preferred A strong focus on training and service excellence based on LQA standards Benefits & Offers Competitive salary and benefits package Ongoing trainings, around department & company standards Professional development and career advancement opportunities A supportive and collaborative work environment Membership of ALL Heartist Accor staff card, offering staff rates across all Accor properties worldwide If you are a passionate and dedicated professional looking to make an impact in a thriving resort environment, we would ♥ to hear from you!
