Position Summary As a Floor Supervisor at Daios Cove, you will ensure that every guest room and public area on your assigned floors reflects the resort’s world-class standards of luxury, cleanliness, and comfort.
You will lead and inspire the housekeeping team to deliver flawless presentation, personalized touches, and an atmosphere that embodies Daios Cove’s commitment to refined hospitality.
Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of Room Attendants and Housekeeping Attendants on assigned floors.
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and service areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance standards are upheld.
Ensure that all guest rooms meet the Daios Cove brand presentation — from linen quality to amenities and final room setup.
Communicate closely with the Front Office and Maintenance departments regarding room status, guest preferences, and technical issues.
Handle guest requests and feedback with discretion, professionalism, and a genuine sense of care.
Train, mentor, and motivate team members to consistently achieve high performance and service excellence.
Monitor and maintain housekeeping pantries, ensuring adequate stock levels and correct use of materials.
Support sustainability initiatives by ensuring efficient use of cleaning products, water, and energy.
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, ensuring compliance with Daios Cove standards and local regulations.
Assist in organizing deep cleaning programs, special projects, and VIP room preparation.
Requirements Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury resort in a similar supervisory housekeeping role.
Exceptional eye for detail and commitment to quality.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Greek or another European language is an advantage.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury hospitality environment.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient in housekeeping management systems and basic MS Office applications.
