Fleet Operations Assistant
Odysseus A Cruises is looking for a Fleet Operations Assistant for the summer season.
The Fleet Operations Assistant supports the daily operations of the company’s fleet by assisting with provisioning, inventory control, vessel support, and administrative duties.
The role ensures that all vessels are properly supplied, operational needs are met, and back-office processes run smoothly.
Job type: seasonal, on site (office) Timeline: Mid of April – Mid October Key responsibilities Provisioning & Supply Support Assist in managing daily provisions by purchasing and preparing required items for each trip.
Coordinate provision lists with boat crews to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
Deliver food supplies, materials, and operational items to vessels.
Inventory & Warehouse Support Assist in organizing and maintaining warehouse inventory.
Fleet & Operational Support Assist boats during docking process at the port Manage and support the daily 14:00 check-in of one boat UNITY.
Administrative & Back-Office Support Scan and digitally file supplier invoices on a daily basis.
Register invoices using internal systems and Google Forms.
Requirements Drive license Basic computer skills English language skills Benefits Accommodation Salary 1500Euro/month
