To help us continue driving this transformation, we are hiring a Fleet & maintenance manager for our offices in Greece, located next to Athens Airport.
You will be part of a dynamic team, playing a key role in the management and optimization of our vehicle fleet.
Your main responsibilities will include: Elaborate and send operational reports to headquarters.
Manage the full lifecycle of fleet vehicles, including acquisitions, allocations, infleet/defleet processes, and remarketing tasks.
Supervise the functioning of the bases to ensure optimal vehicle flow and readiness.
Monitor and control vehicle status, accessories, and materials, ensuring proper organization and availability.
Analyze supplier offers and contracts, coordinate vehicle deliveries, and maintain accurate tracking of acquisition schedules.
Oversee fleet operations in the garage, ensuring minimal idle time of operational vehicles.
