Key Responsibilities: Manage tables, ensuring flawless service and attention to guest needs.
Assist guests with menu selection, providing expert recommendations on dishes Support the Head Waiter & Sommelier by ensuring smooth wine service Anticipate guest needs, handling requests seamlessly Ensure the dining area remains pristine, well-organized, and in impeccable condition at all times.
Assist in the billing and farewell processes with discretion and professionalism.
