Job responsibilities Oversee the organization’s day to day accounting and financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective internal controls.
Supervise and support the Accountant while ensuring the timely completion of accounting activities, reconciliations, month-end closings, and financial reporting.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial analyses, and management reports, providing insights to support operational and commercial decision making.
Monitor financial performance, revenue, costs, cash flow, profitability, and key hospitality KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement and cost optimization.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies while maintaining the integrity of financial records.
Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, payroll providers, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities, coordinating audits and external reporting requirements.
Support procurement, inventory control, asset management, capital expenditure projects, and strategic business initiatives from a financial perspective.
Promote financial discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization while acting as a key business partner to department leaders and supporting the Finance Dire
