ICAP Executive Search & Selection , on behalf of a leading company in the industrial and commercial sector, is seeking a highly skilled and business-oriented executive for the position of: Finance Director (Ref. 6002/FD/ESS/GR) About the Role The Finance Director will be a key member of the executive team, responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s financial strategy, safeguarding financial integrity and supporting long-term growth.
Beyond financial acumen, the role requires a leader with a strong orientation toward innovation and the integration of new technologies, able to introduce modern practices and digital tools that elevate efficiency, transparency and business insight across the organization.
Key Responsibilities Design and implement the company’s overall financial strategy in line with business goals.
Lead the design and monitoring of the budgeting and forecasting framework.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, providing strategic insights to senior management and the Board.
Safeguard compliance with all tax, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Manage financial resources, capital structure and external stakeholder relationships.
Champion innovation and drive the adoption of modern ERP systems, digital finance tools and advanced analytics.
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering high performance and a culture open to change and technological evolution.
