Adecco is currently seeking on behalf of its client, an international well known FMCG company, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position: Field Sales Representative Job Description • Visiting retail points of sale within the assigned territory to capture business opportunities and ensure strong in-store presence. • Building and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to achieve sales targets. • Executing in-store activities according to Shopper Marketing guidelines, ensuring best shelf placement. • Performing merchandising, price monitoring, order taking, and on-shelf availability tracking. • Identifying and act on business opportunities with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Working closely with internal teams to drive sales growth and demonstrate strong business ownership.
