Key responsibilities: Organizing, supervising and training the team Coordinator and supervise daily restaurant tasks Work closely with the restaurant manager Monitoring stock and inventory Ensure guest are served within specified time Focusing in customer service and satisfaction Ensure that hotel brand standards are implemented
