What You Will Work On Reporting to the Facilities & Expansion Manager you are responsible and accountable to: Oversee and coordinate the facilities matrix management of maintenance teams across all stores and facilities Monitor maintenance and cleaning activities, ensuring efficient contract management of third-party contractors and partners Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and technical regulations Manage budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with the Group Procurement Department as needed Conduct regular site visits, document findings, and implement necessary actions Maintain and update all relevant records related to Facilities Management (FM) and Energy matters Support the development and implementation of a detailed energy optimization action plan Identify opportunities to reduce the company’s carbon footprint and enhance sustainability Implement projects in accordance with the approved RRF plan Support the development of the company’s sustainability strategy and promote sustainable practices and solutions Ensure adherence to IKEA guidelines and best practices in facilities management
