Facilities and Maintenance Supervisor

Plataeon SA is seeking to recruit a Facilities & Maintenance Supervisor .
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our properties (all Plataeon SA properties / areas) and oversee the daily maintenance and repair tasks of our facilities, ensuring optimal functionality and safety of the properties.
Main Responsibilities: Perform minor repairs, such as painting, plastering, changing light fixtures, replacing components, etc.
Inspect and maintain common areas, elevators, doors, windows, and other infrastructure.
Communicate with various repair & maintenance collaborators to schedule their visits to our premises.
Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance to avoid larger issues.
Manage facilities obligations to various areas (gardens, plants, parking lots, sidewalks, pharmacies, fire extinguishers, etc.).
Make sure that the relevant collaborators meet our company’s needs.
Coordinate with external vendors and technicians for specialized tasks.
Keep records of maintenance tasks and reports for management purposes, as well as Maxpanda ticket system.
Address emergency breakdowns and problems promptly.
Control basic system maintenance, such as electrical, plumbing, heating, cooling, and ventilation systems.
Provide Monthly reports and Maxpanda reports for the repair and maintenance.
Handling of buildings insurance in cooperation with the project manager.
Required Qualifications: Previous experience in a similar role (maintenance/technical property support).
TEI degree as electrician (with completed practice period).
Ability to handle tools and maintenance equipment.
Good physical condition and comfort with manual labor.
Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible schedule to address urgent incidents.
Valid driver’s license (Category B).
Experience managing technical issues in professional or residential spaces.
Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes.
Good knowledge and MS Office and other computer Skills.
