We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Executive Housekeep e r to lead our team in creating unforgettable guest experiences through flawless cleanliness and impeccable service Job Role : As Executive Housekeeper, you will take ownership of the entire housekeeping operation, ensuring that guest rooms, suites, and public areas exceed the highest standards of comfort, cleanliness, and presentation.
You will lead, inspire, and train your team, driving both efficiency and guest satisfaction Key Responsibilities: Supervision and Leadership: Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
Recruit, train, and manage housekeeping personnel, including room attendants, housekeeping supervisors, and support staff.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure a motivated and well-trained team.
Quality Control: Ensure that guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
Scheduling and Budgeting: Develop and manage the housekeeping department budget.
Create and maintain work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and efficient use of labor resources.
Guest Satisfaction: Address guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping promptly and effectively.
Implement and maintain quality control programs to enhance guest satisfaction.
Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for housekeeping staff.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Health and Safety: Ensure that housekeeping staff follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
Implement and enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment.
Communication: Foster effective communication within the housekeeping department and with other hotel departments.
Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless operations.
