We are looking for a highly motivated EU R&D Project & Proposal Manager to lead the management of European research programmes, while also playing a key role in building strategic consortia.
This is a unique opportunity to combine technical project leadership with partner engagement, in a collaborative and international environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor EU-funded projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and deliverables. • Act as the technical liaison between coordinators/customers and internal technical teams. • Develop operational project plans, track activities, and proactively address risks or issues. • Prepare, review, and deliver high-quality project reports and EU deliverables. • Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with international partners; form and manage consortia for new proposals. • Support the continuous improvement of internal project management methodologies and knowledge sharing.
