EUROTRAINING , a leading educational organization, is seeking an experieced and motivated EU Projects Manager to join our European Projects Team.
The appropriate candidate will play a key role in supervision, coordination, and successful implementation of large-scale projects funded by the European Union.
The role involves occasional travel abroad for project meeting and partnership collaboration.
Main Responsibilities : Lead and coordinate the implementation team for EU-funded projects.
Supervision of Erasmus+, Interreg, EuropeAid, Eni CBCMED, Horizon, CERV, AMIF etc.
Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and financial performance, ensuring alignment with EU requirements.
Collaborate closely with the PR Networking department, which coordinates the preparation and submission of new proposals for EU funding.
Requirements: Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as International Relations, Business Economics or Public Policy.
At least 5 years fo experience in EU-funded projects management and implementation.
Good knowledge and understanding of EU procedures, project design and management methodologies.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and mentor teams .
