On behalf of our client, we are seeking an enthusiastic English – Spanish Fashion & Retail Advisor to join their expanding team at the new Piraeus Tower flagship office—complete with state-of-the-art facilities and stunning panoramic views of the port.
As an English – Spanish Fashion & Retail Advisor , your daily routine will include to: Deliver timely, accurate and professional customer service to all customers primarily by phone, as well as secondary channels, in English & Spanish Guide shoppers through their complete purchasing journey by answering product and inventory questions, and processing orders or payments accurately Resolve everyday customer issues and troubleshoot technical-based inquiries, escalating complex cases to 2nd-level support when needed Track and follow up on open cases from start to finish to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction Document all information on customer interaction system according to standard operating procedures
