About the role: We are supporting a fast-growing e-commerce business expanding its Greek and international E-SHOP AND MARKET PLACE presence, across, Greece, Europe and the Northern Hemisphere.
We are looking for an E-commerce Specialist (On Site-based in Chalkida) with strong hands-on experience in executing, managing and scaling performance across major online marketplaces and eshops.
This is a full-time, on-site role for a professional who combines operational execution, data-driven decision making, and marketplace growth mindset.
Key Marketplaces: Amazon, Temu, eBay and similar large-scale international marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations across multiple e-commerce marketplaces Create, optimize, and maintain product listings and content Monitor performance KPIs and identify growth and optimization opportunities Support promotional and advertising activities on marketplaces Coordinate inventory availability and forecasting with Commercial, Marketing and Design Dpt.
Prepare regular performance, sales, and operational reports Requirements: 4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and marketplace roles Proven experience managing marketplaces (Skroutz, Amazon, eBay, Temu, etc.) Strong understanding of marketplace backend tools and dashboards Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills / Wordpress /Magento Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and spoken English What’s Offered: On-site role in a dynamic fast-growing company Exposure to Greek and European markets Growth opportunities within a scaling organization Competitive compensation package based on experience
