E-commerce & Digital Lead Manager

XACO S.A. , the official distributor of Columbia Sportswear in Greece, Cyprus and Bulgaria, is seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as an E-commerce & Digital Lead Manager .
Job Summary As an E-commerce & Digital Lead Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing the catalog line, external communications and visual merchandising through the creation of key visuals.
Responsibilities: Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Data extraction and reporting Manage Communication with third parties regarding bug fixes and overall operational development.
Support the production of marketing materials such as e-comm banners and key visuals.
Create and send monthly Newsletters to our subscriber base.
Maintain and develop that base.
Supervise the E-comm Customer Service Team Catalog Management: Analyse the market trends and commerce performance to create product lists and perform visual merchandising.
Requirements: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in a similar role is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Knowledge in Adobe Suite (Photoshop/Illustrator) is a plus Excellent organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required.
Knowledge of e-comm management, marketing, techniques, and tools is a plus.
Fluent in Greek and English language
