Provide a warm, professional, and welcoming experience for guests during their journey.
Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the resort’s vehicles, ensuring they are in excellent working condition at all times.
Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage and personal belongings.
Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and activities to guests during transit.
Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and other road users.
Coordinate with the concierge and front desk teams to manage transportation schedules and guest requests.
Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism and a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
Be available for on-call duties, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays.
