🎯 Position Purpose

The Recruitment Office Manager is responsible for the design and implementation of recruitment and placement strategies, with the aim of effectively connecting candidates and employers. He focuses on teamwork, quality of services and the utilization of modern technology.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning: Development and implementation of staffing strategies, tailored to market and customer needs.

Team Management: Leading and guiding the recruitment team, promoting teamwork and efficiency.

Customer Relations: Maintaining and developing relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.

Process Management: Supervision of all stages of the recruitment process, from posting advertisements to placing candidates.

Performance Evaluation: Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators, such as time to hire and customer satisfaction.

🧠 Required Qualifications

Education: University/Technical University Degree in Business Administration, Law, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Social Work, Human Resources Management or related field.

Professional Experience: Previous service is not necessary.

Skills: Leadership and communication skills.

Languages: Excellent knowledge of Greek and good knowledge of English.
